Course Cancellation Policy
Acceptance of pre-work is considered the start of your course. Once students are sent access to the on line portion of the program, the course is in progress and there are no refunds. However, ITAC will supply a credit memo for such individuals towards the next course up to one year following this course. (It is up to the student to reserve their spot for the next available course-refer to our Course Schedule on our website a twww.itacinc.com.)
